A paparazzo by the name of Willem Pieterson has accused Australian country singer Keith Urban of going on the attack. Get the latest here on Urban’s run in last Wednesday in Nashville. Out and about having dinner with his actress wife, Nicole Kidman, in Nashville, Tennessee last Wednesday, Keith Urban allegedly became angry after a photographer, Willem Pieterson, began snapping pictures of the two celebrities as they were leaving a restaurant by the name of Giovanni’s. In a statement issued by Don Aaron of the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department to Gossip Cop, Urban (per Pieterson’s filed report) got into his car with Nicole Kidman and then proceeded to pull up to the photographer’s “vehicle in the wrong lane. Pieterson alleges that Urban yelled at him, and banged on his window” before getting out and then banging on Pieterson’s “car with his fist and kicked the rear passenger door.” The Nashville Police did however check out the paparazzi’s car and “observed that it was not damaged.” After reportedly going crazy on Pieterson’s vehicle you would think there would be some visible marks? Last night, one day before my actual birthday today, David organized a fun get together drinks thing at Saint Felix in Hollywood, CA with a few of my very close, beloved LA friends. As much as I’m not really all that excited about turning another year older (ugh), being able to hang out with all of my friends all in one place at the same time is deffo worth celebrating my birthday. Because we went crazy with the Polaroid camera, I totally failed to snap any photos with a digitial camera … or even my iPhone … but I can assure you, a great time was had by all

Eileen managed to get a photo of some of the photos we took so at least that is something. For one night, I totally forgot to play with Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Turntable … everything … and just spent time hanging out with my friends — in real life! I am, truly, the luckiest man alive. I have the best friends EVER. My Detroit friends, my LA friends, my NYC friends, my international friends — and all of YOU guys — make me feel like the luckiest guy. Thank you all so much for the kind messages (which started yesterday for me here last night when July 12 arrived in Australia). I love you all

Today, I’m making it a shorter work day because David, some friends and I are going to Disneyland! Despite my advancing age, I refuse to grow up … so I’ll be celebrating my birthday with Mickey Mouse and the gang. I hope YOUR July 12 is as amazing as mine will be.

Jennifer Lopez, who is very close to officially signing on to host the next season of American Idol, is readying the release of a new clothing line. As you may remember, J. Lo previously launched a very successful clothing line called J. Lo that was geared toward a young, urban customer. It would seem that Jen is ready to woo the older set with her new line, which will be available in September from Kohl’s. Jennifer chose the September issue of O magazine, on newstands next Tuesday, to show off her clothing line for the very first time. Get a peek at J. Lo‘s new threads below.

Jennifer Lopez joined O Magazine’s Creative Director Adam Glassman on set to style eight O readers in her fabulous new collection which is all about accessible, everyday glamour; the line is set to debut in [Kohl's] stores this September. Even off-camera Lopez doesn’t blend in. Not that she doesn’t try. “Hi, I’m Jennifer,” she says, shaking hands with each of the women, among them a teacher, a lawyer, and a newly minted college graduate … Lopez relates to these women’s concerns. “I’m a mom,” she says simply. “I work. I want comfort. But I want to feel sexy and modern. I think most women want the same things.” She says motherhood (twins Max and Emme turned 3 in February) hasn’t dulled her trademark body-conscious style— just made it slightly trickier to pull off. Lopez … work[ed] behind the scenes to style our photo shoot. “This is overwhelming,” she says excitedly as the women—the first nonmodels she’s seen in her clothes—start playing dress-up … “This is the fulfilling part – to have women tell me, ‘This is so comfortable, it fits so well.’”

This is not the firs time Jennifer Lopez has dabbled with fashion design but it deffo sounds like her focus has changed. The sexier, more juniors line she offered previously seems to be put aside in lieu of catering to a more mature woman. But, as you can see, J. Lo‘s love for fake fur is still front and center (her J. Lo line was lousy with fake fur). Not that I’d be buying any of it but I am curious to see what J. Lo‘s new line for Kohl’s looks like. Are you?

It’s Royal Wedding #2! Zara Phillips and her soon to be husband, Mike Tindall, will exchange vows on Saturday in a low key event compared to that of her cousin, Prince William. No cameras will be on hand to capture the ceremony, nor will people be lining the streets hoping to catch a glimpse of the bride and groom. Details of their wedding has been scant, but here’s some info we’ve gathered thus far. They will wed in Edinburgh, Scotland on Saturday, with their ceremony starting at 3:00 PM at Canongate Kirk. Their reception will be held at the Palace of Holyrodhouse, which is where the Queen resides while in Scotland. The 30-year-old blonde beauty is the daughter of Princess Anne and her first husband, Mark Phillips. She is the oldest granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth II. She is a skilled equestrian, but missed the Summer Olympics in 2004 and 2008 when her horse Toytown was injured. Phillips and her rugby playing fiance, Mike Tindall have been dating since 2003. The self-proclaimed “comic” Jonathan May-Bowles pled guilty in a Westminster courtroom and is scheduled to be sentenced on August 2.

We’re not sure if he’ll get a tough sentence. He didn’t hurt anybody, but it was a scary moment for everyone in the House of Commons that day.

We hope he’s learned a lesson that violence is not funny.
